Founded in 2006, our firm started out specializing in the placement of Accounting and Finance professionals throughout the region. Our firm enjoys building strong relationships with our customers. Being privately held, we're able to easiliy customize our searches, allowing for better customer experience, and , and are able to Through the years, we've expanded into Supply Chain and Engineering as well, mostly due to demand for it, and for some diversification as well. Peter J. Romano - President, Founder
Peter began his staffing career in the late 1990's as a Recruiting Manager for Robert Half International, a large specialized search firm with offices internationally. Later, he then founded New England Recruiting Group, based in Providence, RI. Over the years, he held positions in sales and recruiting, and management. He has placed over 500 successful searches over the 17 year career. His clients range from manufacturing and distribution, to banking, consumer goods, and professional services, and range in size from VC backed startups to fortune 500 companies.
He holds a BS in Business Administration, and resides in his native town of Barrington, RI, with his wife, Julie, and his 2 children, Laila and Nathan.
